Bluebits is pleased to introduce a new client appreciation program designed to recognize and reward buildings that effectively manage their BlueBox smart locker systems. This initiative celebrates properties that demonstrate efficient locker management while minimizing support requests, offering them meaningful savings on their service fees.
What Is It?
This is not a contest with a set number of winners. Any building that meets our performance standards is eligible for the discount. If multiple buildings qualify, all will be rewarded.
Who Is Eligible?
Only buildings with active BlueBox leases qualify (lease-to-own or purchase agreements are excluded), and all eligible leasing buildings across Canada are automatically included in the evaluation without any registration required.
Evaluation Criteria
We evaluate each building’s performance based on the ratio:
Number of support requests made to BlueBox ÷ Total package deliveries.
Buildings that efficiently manage a high volume of deliveries and address most needs independently are celebrated for their operational excellence.
Award Details
Winners will receive 25% off their service fees for the upcoming year, regardless of whether they pay annually or monthly.
The discount amount is calculated based on the current year’s service fee and remains fixed even if next year’s rates change.
For example:
- If your 2025 service fee is $1,000, your discount is $250 (1,000 × 0.25).
- If your 2026 service fee increases to $1,200, you would pay $1,200 − $250 = $950.
